which I was advised would be on the seventh floor. Only one elevator was working and after struggling to push a button with hands full of boxes the door flew open and I was on my way. Arriving at the seventh floor I proceeded to find this “new” office. The floor foreman standing on a pile of lumber (lumber, nails, trash and wires were all over the place) said ‘ah’ yes Mr. Beard you are in room No. 715. Around the halls and corridors we went and found the elusive No. 715 and alasl it turned out to be a very nice well constructed coat closet (with no hangers). I thanked this nice young man and went flying downstairs to the 2nd floor, found a nice lady who called over at the Capitol Clerks Office and found that
