Carla Eugster is offering two courses this winter to adults interested in artistic expression.
The first, Choral Singing For The Tone Deaf is being offered under the auspices of Germanna Community College. It will meet in Culpeper for six successive Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the Piedmont Electrical Corporation beginning Wednesday, January 25.
The course is for any person who doubts his or her ability to sing. It will teach the fundamentals of reading music, and will help the brave in heart to crash through the tone-deaf sound barrier. The fee for the series is $18.
The second course, Find The Poet In Yourself, will meet for Five successive Mondays at 7 p.m., starting January 29. This workshop will take place at Nethers Center, Woodville, on Route 621. The workshop is to help the adult student make contact with and give expression to his or her own poetic impulse. The fee for this series is $17.50.
