A very important question was asked at the Thursday BZA meeting, late in the evening after many had left and after Mr. Moore spoke on behalf of his Alpine Slide amusement area.
Newbill Miller asked why condominiums had been spoken about to him by Mr. Moore if condominiums were not under consideration in the future?
No definitive answer was forthcoming from Mr. Moore. The present appeal does not ask for them; but how long will it be before the “motel Mr. Moore did speak of, mushrooms to condominium size in a few years?
