Success Story

To the editor:

We would like to share a success story. Mrs. Charlotte Freeman came to the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic October 1979 as a CETA participant. She had been approved for a fulltime clerical position. Prior to this, she had volunteered her time to the Clinic.

As a CETA participant, Charlotte rapidly learned the full range of clerical responsibilities in the clinic and proved herself to be a capable employee. In fact, she carried fall responsibility for the clerical functions for a month when the clinic was without an office manager.

Another advance awaits Charlotte; she will be leaving us this month. She has accepted a permanent full-time job outside the CETA program.

We are proud of Charlotte’s rapid progress,
