IN RE: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CON SIDERATION OF AMEND MENT TO ZONING OR DINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington, Virginia and Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will consider an amendment to the zoning ordinance of the Town of Washington, Virginia on Tuesday, April 8, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. at the Rappahannock County Courthouse. Said amendment provides that the Planning Commission of the County of Rappahannock shall be designated as the Planning Commission of the Town of Washington pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15.1-443. Said amendment further provides that all references to the Planning Commission of the Town of Washington contained in the zoning ordinance of said town shall be deleted from said ordinance.
