On Dean’s List

Cadet William Curtis Nichols, of Flint Hill, is among 270 Virginia Military Institute cadets who have been named to the dean’s list for the first semester of the school year.

Nichols, a third classman, is a civil engineering major at VMI. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul A. Nichols, he was graduated from Rappahannock County High School before entering the Institute.

To be eligible for the dean's list, a cadet must have an average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for all subjects with no grade below 2.0.
