P. Weldon Cline of Culpeper died Wednesday, March 5. 1980. at hjs residence after a long illness.
Mr. Cline, 80. was a retired engineer for the Virginia Department of Highways. A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Frank Cline and the late Mary Campbell Cline Hisle. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, Boston.
He is survived by his wife. Mrs. Lena Browning Cline; two sons. Franklin Weldon Cline and Charles Browning Cline. both of Fredericksburg; three daughters, Mrs. Emory Conners of Woodville, Mrs. Austin Bowers of Clayton. Del., and Mrs. Ray Grizzle of Fredericksburg, a halfbrother. Earl Hisle of Colman Manor. Md.; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandch ildren. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at Geest Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. William Lancaster and the Rev. Ray Campbell. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
