In a wide ranging discussion at Tuesday’s special meeting on curriculum, the Rappahannock school board endorsed changes in the high school course offerings and by majority vote, went formally on record as projecting a stable school enrollment over the next five years.
In agreeing to some of the curriculum changes suggested by superintendent William Bloomer and the RCHS faculty, the board approved:
—an increase in minimum units of mathematics required for graduation from two to three,
—addition of a second foreign language (choice between Spanish or German to be decided at a later date).
