She formerly taught language arts at Rappahannock County High School where she was the recipient of the Hampton Foundation’s Teacher of the Year Award, coached the Varsity cheerleading squad and was faculty advisor to the Creative Writing Society. Her curriculum work on Women in Literature was published in English Journal and has been utilized by numerous colleges and universities.
Ms. Toth was recently appointed administrative counselor to England and Scotland and will leave for Great Britain in June. She is married to John P. Toth, Jr., assistant principal of RCHS.
Film Showing
A film entitled “Super Christian” will be shown at the Amissville Baptist Church Sunday night, November 2, at 7:30. The Rev. Joseph Stirman, pastor, invited the public to attend.
Halloween Party
All children are most welcome to attend the Friday evening Halloween party at Trinity Episcopal Church beginning at 5:45 p.m. Dinner will be served and there will be games, prizes and fortune telling. m
