Despite objections from Eastham, the board voted to formally accept projection of a stable school population as the basis for capital improvements planning.
"We’fe in the business of educating children and numbers have something to do with it.” stated Eastham, maintaining that more information is needed before he can vote on what the board expects enrollment to be in five years.
