Thrift Shop
The Washington Ladies Auxiliary Thrift Shop will close November 5 for the winter months.
A special sale will be held November 3, 4 and 5. The selection includes winter clothing for men, women and children along with other useful household items.
The members of the auxiliary would like to express their thanks to everyone who supported their shop during the past year.
Stork Shower
Mrs. Barbara Payne and Mrs. Eva Jenkins of Washington were cohostesses at a stork shower at the latter’s home Saturday, October 25, for Mrs. Branson Jenkins, also of Washington. Approximately 30 guests were present.
