Judge Shore Robertson suspended all but one month of the jail term conditional upon good behavior and payment of fines. Clatterbuck, who pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop and driving on a revoked license, will serve his month in the Rappahannock County lockup on a work release program.
Judge Robertson set a probation violation hearing for James Franklin Pullen of Sperryville for Friday, November 14, at 3 p.m. Pullen is currently held in Fauquier County jail on charges of failing to appear on a criminal warrant. Warrenton lawyer Lee Albrecht was nmaed as court appointed attorney for Pullen.
Robertson appointed Washington lawyer Peter Luke to represent Thomas Edward Rector of Jeffersonton at a second probation revocation hearing on Friday. Rector is currently incarcerated in the Warren County jail.
In two other cases, Judge Robertson set trial for William Henry Alther on reckless driving and hit and run charges for 10 a.m. on December 24 and sentencing of James F. Williams of Amissville on charges of attempted arson for the same day at 11 a.m.
