Central Telephone Company of Virginia will file a report in the proceeding stating its experience under the Circle Calling service. Copies of this report will be available at the State Corporation Commission, Document Control Center, Floor Bl, Blanton Building. Richmond, Virginia; and at all business offices of Central Telephone Company of Virginia after November 17,1980.
On or before November 24, 1980, all persons who expect to participate at the public hearing as a party Protestant to offer evidence and to cross-examine witnesses must file with the Commission a Protest strictly cohformingtothe provisions of Rule 5:16 (b) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure and must simultaneously serve a copy thereof on Central Telephone Company of Virginia and all other parties.
All interested persons who desire to make a statement at the hearing on Circle Calling service, and not participate as a party protestant in the proceeding, may appear in the Commission's Courtroom at 2:00 p.m. on December 8, 1980, and complete an appearance form as provided by the State Corporation; or such interested persons may mail a written statement to William C. Young, Clerk, State Corporation Commission, Document Control Center, P.0. Box 2118, Richmond, Virginia 23216, making reference to Case No. PUC 790006.
