Pursuant to Soctlon 15.1-431 of tha Coda of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, • notice Is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will consider the application of James P. Mills for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to rezone a portion of his property, containing approximately one acre of land located between the Thornton River and Route 729, being a small portion of Tax Map Number 52-13, from Agriculture to General Business or Commercial, on December 1, 1980 at 10*0 o’clock A.M. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahapnock County, Virginia.

The above named applicant deslrea to use his said property for an auto service station including a state Inspection station.

The aforesaid amendment and application are avalleble for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views. This notice should be construed as a notice of Intention to adopt the aforesaid amendment.
