The object of the suit is to effect a partition of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, described in Deed Book 40, at Page 400 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as adjoining the land of J. Hill O'Bannon, Mary Starks, Nellie Timbers, Cary Fox and also the County Highway, containing three (3) acres, more or less, and being the same land which was conveyed to Lena Jackson and Myrt Jackson, her husband, by deed dated September 27, 1945 and recorded amongst the land records of the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 40, at Page 400. This property is the same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to the late Sarah J. Elkins by Harriet L. Ryan and John W. Ryan by deed recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in ?Deed Book S, at Page 343, and is the same property described in that certain deed dated September 24, 1980/ and recorded November 3, 1980 to Joel M. Daczewitz and Merle A. Daczewitz^ husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with the right of survivorship as at common law, from Thomas J. Jackson, et al, and being recorded as document number 2553 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office.

And An affidavit having been made and filed to the following persons are or may not t>e residents of the Com monwealth of Virginia: Helen Louise Jackson, whose last known address is 125 Dover Street, Brooklyn, New York 11235; William Rector Jackson, who last address is unknown; and any other unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title of Lena Jackson, Myrt Jackson, William Rector Jackson and Rose Jackson, if any such there be, who are made parties respondent to this cause by the general description of "Parties Unknown," if any there such be, whose addresses are unknown.

And it is ORDERED that the aforesaid non-resident respondents do appear before this Court on or before January 5, 1981 and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this suit.

And it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
