School Lunch Program Policies Rappahannock County School System today announced its policy for free and reduced price meals and free milk for children unable to pay the full price of meals and milk served under the National School Lunch, School Breakfast, and Special Milk Programs. SUBJECT: Change In Eligibility Criteria (Family Size and Income Scale) For Free and Reduced Price Meals P.L. 96-499 (Reconciliation Bill) enacted December 5, 1980 revises the eligibility standards (income per family size) for free and reduced price meals.
