The primary goal of Potomac Edison is to provide dependable electric service. Adverse weather conditions can sometimes disrupt this service. In such cases, there are several steps you can take to help us restore your electricity as quickly as possible:

Step 1 • Sep lf Neighbors Have Power Check your neighbors to see if they have power. If they do, the disruption of electric service may be in your own home. Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers which may require the services of an electrician.

Step 2 - Call Your Power Company

If your neighbors are also without service, call your electric company. (Potomac Edison local telephone numbers are listed on the reverse side of your electric bill or in your phone book.) Give your name, address, phone number ai. \ any other pertinent information. During major storms, you may receive a busy signal on your first attempt. Please keep dialing until you reach us. Stay clear of any fallen wires and caution others to also keep away.
