Pursuant to Saction 15.1-431 ol the Coda of Virginia, 1950, as a man dad, and Articla 17-3 of tha Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that tha Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will consider the application of Virginia Dodson for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of-Rappahannock County and, in particular, to rezone her property located at Slate Mills, Virginia on Route 707, two (2) miles from Route 231, from Agriculture to General Business or Commercial, on March 2,1981 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The aforesaid amendment and application are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All persons affected by or interested in the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views.
