He was a former resident of Winchester, where he was employed for a number of years by L. A. Clark Lumber Company. He was previously associated with the Rue Lumber Company in Culpeper, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Culpeper Baptist Church.
He is survived by three brothers. Lyle W. Coughlin of Boston, Browning Coughlin of Culpeper and Raymond Coughlin of St. Petersburg, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Robert McDaniel of Boston. Mrs. David Rice of Centreville and Mrs. Charles Keenum of Washington. D. C.

Mrs. Rosa Ann Jenkins, 81. of Culpeper died Friday, February 13, 1981 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Monday at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper conducted by the Rev/ Bobby Rooper. Burial was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens near Jeffersonton.
