—Rappahannock NmnPhoto/S. Lalhan SEAN WAYLAND, a member of the Amissville Webelo Pack, received the Arrow of Light at the February 17 Blue and Gold Banquet of the Pack. This is the highest award in Cub Scouting. At Tuesday’s pack meeting Sean went from Webelos to the Boy Scout Troop and was welcomed by Scoutmaster Scott Zeimer, left.
