This property includes a right of way fifty (50) feet wide from U S. Routes 211-522 to Parcel G of the property hereby conveyed. Said right of way being more particularly described.on the aforementioned plat of survey and being further described by deed from Mary S. VanBrederode, et als, to Michael B. Cook and Kim O. Cook recorded in the Clerk's Office aforesaid in Deed Book 126, page 306.

This property is the same in all respects as was conveyed to Foxfire Limited Partnership by deed of Mary S. VanBrederode, et als. dated May 11, 1979 and recorded May 11, 1979 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
