Pursuant to Saction 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will consider the application of Witold Kuncewicz for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to amend Article 8 of said zoning ordinance to add processing of light leathers, light leathers being defined as those skins weighing not more than twenty-five (25) pounds prior to processing, as a use permitted by right pursuant to Article 8 of said ordinance on March 2,1981 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
