At Tuesday night's school board meeting. Superintendent William Bloomer attached dpllar and cent estimates to his earlier recommendations for expansion at the county high school and arrived at a rough cost projection of SI.3 million for construction of five classrooms and support facilities.
Asked to come up with square footage estimates on space, he gave 1.224 square feet for a chemistry-physics lab. 320 square feet for lab preparation room, 1,024 square feet for biology lab. 1.280 square feet for clerktypist room, 384 square feet for prep room. 1,024 square feet for typing room, 900 square feet for music room with the present typing room remodeled into a remedial math lab.
