In Chancery, case No. 2441 ORDER OF PUBLICATION

Upon the Petition of Central Fidelity Bank, NA, the successor to Culpeper National Bank, that it be allowed to pay into the State Treasury the sum of $1860.00, pursuant to the provisions of Virginia Code 23, 1967, such fund having the Court for the benefit of Mack Jackson and Randolph Jackson pursuant to the Order of this Court entered on March 23, 1967, such fund having been derived in such suit from the sale of certain real estate involved therein, it Is ORDERED that Mack Jackson and Randolph Jackson and all persons claiming under them, and all persons having any interest in and to such sum of $1860.00 appear before the bar of this Court within ten days after the due publication of this Order and establish their claims. It is further Ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in Rappahannock County. Enter this 30th day of September, 1981.
