Steven also likes the ecumenical spirit that flourishes in the area. “Generally, there seems to be a lot of cooperation between the different churches, a coming together, particularly on a seasonal basis at Thanksgiving and Lent.”
As a beginning to his ministry in Rappahannock, Scoggin plans a general pastoral visitation program to determine church and community needs.
