Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Johnson’s book, a history of Rappahannock County, “Fact, Fiction and Foolishness” has been promised for delivery by December 15. The Rappahannock Historic Society building on Gay Street in Washington will be open allday, Thursday, December 17, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. People who ordered books can pick them up at this time.
Anyone who wishes an autographed copy should plan to come between the hours of 1 and 3 p.m. The Johnsons will be at the building during this time and will be happy to autograph and answer questions. The Society regrets that it can not promise everyone an autographed book. Mr. Johnson is still recovering from a long hospital stay and the Society does not wish to tire him unnecessarilv.
