Handel'* Messiah
The Front Royal Oratorio Society will perform Handel’s Messiah at the Front Royal Presbyterian Church on Sunday, December 13, at 8 p.m.
Culpeper Choral Society
On Thursday, December 10, at 8 p.m., the Culpeper Choral Society will present its annual Christmas concert at the Culpeper Baptist Church.
The program will include traditional English carols, Spanish carols with Judy Bomberger as one of the featured soloists, Mozart and Bach contadas and works of Vaughn Williams. The chorus is directed by Judy Gary of Charlottesville.
Trinity Episcopal Schedule
On Sunday. December 20, at 11 a.m. the Christmas pageant, “A Child Is Born" will be presented at Trinity Episcopal and followed by a Christmas party. Thursday, December 24, the annual 11 p.m. Christmas Eve Eucharist service will be held with presentations by both choirs. The Christmas Day Eucharist service will be at 10 a.m. on December 25. The community is warmly invited to share in these festivities with the members of the Trinity church family
