According to arrest reports. State Trooper R A. Newlin found Bright laying on the back porch of White House Antiques in Sperryville at 2 p.m. on January 1. The traffic charge was lodged by Rappahannock deputy Todd Brown who observed Bright driving a brown van on Route 211 west of Sperryville on the afternoon of January 25.
