Delegate Raymond R. “Andy” Guest, Jr. announced last week that he will seek the Republican nomination as candidate for reelection to the House of Delegates this November 8th. Guest, who has served in the House of Delegates for 12 years, currently represents Clarke, Warren and Rappahannock Counties and portions of Fauquier and Culpeper Counties.
