A new trial for Kid well has been tentatively scheduled for September, according to special prosecutor Steven Merrill.
Two Hearings Closed
The sealed portion of the record involves two pretrial hearings, the first held in late January or early February in Leesburg and the second on February 25 in Rappahannock.
