Father's Day Extravaganza
A musical program will be held at the Rappahannock County High School on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 19, at 7 p.m.
Groups providing the entertainment will be Melody Makers from Herndon, Mighty Jubilee Travelers from Gainesville, Heavenly Echos of Alexandria, Rising Stars of Louisa and many other spiritual groups.
Admission will be $5 for adults, $2.50 for children age 6-12 and children under six will be admitted free.
The proceeds will benefit the Promise Land Baptist Church near Washington. The Rev. John R. Pendleton is pastor. This gospel program is sponsored by Vivian Gatewood and Sandy Hail.
