Calling on Mrs. Charles C. Burke Sunday afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Burke of Front Royal.

Col. and Mrs. James S. Willis. Miss Michelle Willis, Jim Willis III and Mrs. Arthur Miller returned Saturday after spending a week at Sunset Beach, N. C. The Willis family left Monday for their home in West Point, New York.

Mrs. Leonard Campbell spent from Wednesday until Saturday with her son-inlaw and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Cordon Bailey and family in Manassas. Mr. and Mrs. Steve Loekheart of Front Royal were Saturday afternoon visitors in the Campbell home.

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Jenkins were overnight guests Saturday of the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Campbell in Amissville.

Mrs. Davis Berkebile of McLean spent Friday with Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.

Robbie Tharpe of Nokesville spent the weekend with$ his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Pennington. On Sunday they were joined by Bryant Lee and George Lee for a boat ride from St. Mary's City onto the Chesapeake Bay.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler of McLean, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hawkins of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hicks of Culpeper, John Weaver of Washington, D. C., Mrs. Josephine Wood of Reva Park and J. Stant Weaver were dinner guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda in Culpeper. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Peneranda and Mr. Weaver attended a family bhthdav celebration held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gibbs in Boston.

Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Burke and Eddie of Front Royal visited Mrs. Mary E. Burke Monday evening.
