TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 6-1-3 of the Town of Washington, Virginia Zoning Ordinance, 1970, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 8, 1986 at 8 P M. f se Courthouse Building, Washir. _, jn, Virginia to consider the following Special Use Application: (1) Special Use Application No. 2: Krebser and Martin Partnership have applied for a special use permit in accordance with Article 1, Section 12-18 of the Town of Washington Ordinance, 1970 to erect a one story office building containing 1625 square feet. Office constructed on property located on Gay Street, Lot 42, part of lot 43-B and part of Lot 41, Tax Map #20A-1-113. Building will be next to the Rappahannock Medical Center.

Copies of the foregoing application are on file and available for public inspection at the Zoning Office, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p m.
