McKenzie, husband and wife, dated the 28th day of February, 1985, recorded in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 151, Page 190, the undersigned Trustees will offer for sale at public auction on:

Washington, Virginia All of that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being on the south side of State Route 604 in the Stonewall-Hawthome Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being more particularly described according to survey of V, H and D, Inc., dated July 20, 1983, as containing 16.8375 acres. Being the same tract or parcel of land in which an undivided interest was conveyed to Dorothy F. McKenzie by deed from Douglas K. Baumgardner, et al, Special Commissioners, dated the 13th day of October, 1983, and recorded in Deed Book 145, Page 814. The remaining undivided interest was inherited by Dorothy F. Mr Kenzie from her father, Cecil Hamilton Hawkins, who died, intes tate, on April 16, 1975, leaving as her sole heirs at law his daughter, Dorothy F. McKenzie, and his widow, Veronica L. Hawkins. The sale of this property is subject to any easements, rights of way and restrictions which may be of record.
