Ken Pullen will instruct Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) classes at the Flint Hill fire station on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning in January.
Classes will be held at 7 p.m.
The EMT classes lead to certification; after completing the classes, a test is required to be certified by the Virginia Department of Health.
Classes scheduled are January 6 — Introduction to Emergency Care - Legal Aspects.
January 9 — Anatomy and Physiology - Terminology.
January 13 — Airway Obstruction and Respiratory Arrest.
