Ms. Atkins said that “it’s been a long, hard campaign. I’ve enjoyed meeting and talking with people. I have enjoyed working as commissioner, and I hope to continue serving the public as commissioner if I’m elected.” She added that she plans to run the office “in the same efficient manner as in the past, and that I will try to be responsive to the questions or needs of taxpayers, and assist them in any way that I can.”

Phillip L.
