Miss Becky Jones of Washington
appeared on Inga’s Angle television program Tuesday morning, October 31. Miss Jones, a Home Economist with the Selfrising Flour and Commeal program, gave a demonstration, making corn muffins with a tuna topping.
Mr. Frank Louckes, manager of the Skyline Ski Club at Washington, who is also a member of the National Ski Patrol, attended a refresher course in first aid and patrol duty Saturday and Sunday, which was held in Washington, D.C.

The Rappahannock County
Handicap Golf Tournament was held at Shenvalle Golf Course, New Market, during the month of October with nine golfers vying for the championship. First place winner was Netus (Sonny) Brown of Sperryville with a score of 275 from four rounds, 69, 66, 72 and 68. His handicap was 20. F. S. Boze placed second with 283 and in third place was Roy L. Reeve [ with 285. James W. Coates had the low round. All are from 1 Sperryville.
