Dear VOTERS, There are only a few days left before the election and by now I have tried to visit and talk with all of you personally but some were not at home and if at all possible (DOGS PERMITTING) I left a card. I would like to take this opportunity to express my feelings to those to whom I have not spoken with as well as rehash the subject with those that I have seen. I have been employed in the Commissioner of Revenue’s Office for 41/2 years as your Primary Deputy and on January 1,1986 I was appointed by the Circuit Court Judges of Rappahannock County to act as your Interim Commissioner. After serving in this office for over 5 years, I find it to be challenging with something new to be learned almost daily. Working with the public is one of its best assets and one that I enjoy. With your help and support I would like to continue serving in this capacity. PLEASE vote on November 4th. ^
