Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark and Misty Hitt were guests of A. A. LeGrand in Boydton last week and attended the Virginia State Foxhunters Association Field Trial and Bench Show held at the Elm Hill Wildlife Reservation. Oscar Butler of Culpeper, Victor Taylor and Bernie Taylor of Rixeyville joined them on Friday.
Bemie Taylor placed a hound second in All-Age H.G.A. This hound named Disaster was raised by Red Oak Kennels. Disaster placed first trailing, first speed and drive and first in endurance and also won a silver collar for the fastest hound in the state. A total of 341 hounds was entered.
