At that meeting, the board will hear 'public Comments and requests for school budget for the fiscal 1989-90. Dr. Gangel noted that, traditionally, public comment is '^quested after the preliminary budget is .drafted. That practice will continue, he said, but added that this year he would like to involve the public before the budget process begins.
