Amended tftis section to require s permit to stock any species of fish, other than trout, in any public waters of the commonwealth. This amendment does not restrict the use of native spades of fish in privatelyowned ponds and lakes.

or streams-General regulations. Amended subsection B to clarify the intent of the board that the only means of taking fish permitted at the department's public fishing lakes and ponds is fishing with one or more attended poles with hook and line attached; and added a new subsection designated F to prohibit fishing tournaments. rodeos, etc., for which prizes are offered on department-owned waters.
