The Panthers' game at home Tuesday against Miller School was cancelled because of the snow. Plans for rescheduling have not been announced.
Several other schedule changes have been necessary because of post-season football playoffs. The Friday, Dec. 16 road game against Page County will be played on Feb. 15. A game scheduled for Jan. 17 against Central will be played, instead, on Thursday, Dec. 15 at RCHS. The Jan. 17 date will be open for makeups if necessary.

charge is up
In December, C&P Telephone customers will begin receiving phone bills which reflect a 60-cent increase in the federal subscriber line charge.
For residence and single-line business customers, the subscriber line charge will increase from $2.60 to $3.20 per month beginning in December. In addition, the subscriber line charge for CENTREX lines installed on or before July 27, 1983, will increase from $4 to $5 per month, per line.
The subscriber line charge has been assessed at the directive of the Federal Communications Commission. The increase went into effect on Dec. 1.
