If your intention is to sell your home without the services of our agency be prepared for the inevitable "curiosity seekers." You'll probably spend more time strolling through the house with people who are just interested to see what the inside looks like than showing it to firm prospects.
Your “For Sale by Owners" sign leaves you open to all types of people and problems. For example, a visitors may present an offer to buy on which he doesn’t intend to follow through. You may make plans based on accepting it, only to learn that the "prospect" had no intention of completing the agreement.
