Although there is yet no provision for recycling used oil anywhere in Rappahannock County (unless you can convince your friendly mechanic to take it), the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy’s Division of Energy announced that service stations in Culpeper and Front Royal are among 540 private businesses statewide, mostly retail service stations, which are collecting used oil from people who change their own oil.
