The 1989 Virginia Agricultural Best Management Practices Cost-Share Program offers farmers the opportunity to gain rebates and credits for conservation management practices instituted on their farms. The program's sign-up period ends on Sunday, Jan. 15, so producers are encouraged to submit their applications. All applications will be reviewed by the county ASCS committee. For more information about the program, contact the county ASCS office (675-3616) or the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District office (825-8591).
Performance at Town Hall
The Golden Key Performance Company has been leading a month-long interdisciplinary arts training program. On Friday, Jan. 13, the group will present a selection of works in progress by artists attending the workshop. It will be held at ' the Town Hall, beginning at 7:30 p.m. This free program will be led by Golden Key members Julie Portman, Sharon Wyrrick 7 and Denise Read, with the assistance of Trapezoid members Paul Reislerand Bob Read. The public is invited to attend.
