Machelle Lee Smith, daughter of Robert W. and Linda L. Smith of Sperryville was married to Scott E. Montgomery, son of G. William Montgomery of Manns Choice, Pa. and the late Mary Lou Montgomery Nov. & at Community Baptist church in Manassas.
The Rev. Aubrey Sanders performed the 3 p.m. double ring, candlelit ceremony.
Music was provided by Carolyn Wood, Jan Shepherd, Mary Burns and John Wheaton.
The bride given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory Victorian satin gown wrapped in pearls, sequins, and lace. Her fingertip veil was a crown of sequins embroided with pearls designed to accent the chapel length train. She carried a bouquet of white roses, gardenias, and baby’s breath.
Connie Smith Owens of Sperryville was the honor attendant.
