Kenneth Warren Allison, 36, the Marshall man arrested after a series of pre-dawn raids by the FBI in November, actually faces two indictments for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to records on file in the clerk’s office of U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

And two properties searched during the massive operation have been seized by the federal government, including a property in Harris JHollow outside Washington, Va.

An affidavit sworn by Special Agent James Bret Rogers of the -U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms outlines the government’s ..case against Allison for the firearms charges. One of the charges stems from an incident in the parking lot of the Marshall 7-Eleven in September when Allison allegedly fired a highpowered rifle into the air after a fistfight.

Allison was arraigned in U.S. District Court on Dec. 12. Pre-trial ..motions were scheduled for Feb. 1 and Allison’s jury trial was put on the docket for March 6.

During the arraignment a motion by the U.S. Attorney for hand, writing examples from Allison was granted, according to court records.
