The other indictment of Allison stemmed from the search of his residence and the subsequent seizure of 32 firearms, including nine scoped rifles.
The gun possession charges are federal crimes, according to court documents, because the firearms were not manufactured in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
In a related development, a spokesman with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s field office in D.C., Cynthia Booth, released the list of residences that were searched the morning of Allison’s arrest.
