Here’s a shortcut for making Orange Rolls. You use a commercial roll mix and let the yeast dough rise and bake in the microwave. Breads baked in the microwave have the same tender texture as those prepared conventionally, but they don’t brown. So these rolls get a little color from their cinnamon filling and orange glaze.
1 (16-ounce) package hot roll mix
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
