And while peace is prayed for, support for the war effort, the troops overseas, and the nation’s participation in the operation remain strong.
“There is mixed support in the community,” the Rev. Jennings Hobson III of Trinity Episocpal Church said, adding while sentiment is mixed, there is still “the strongest support for the war effort.”
